Executive Director

Ali Norris

Ali is a Spokane native and graduated from University High School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in German and Political Science from The University of Idaho. She has worked as a United States Senate intern in Washington D.C. and served a year-long term as an AmeriCorps volunteer in Cheney Washington. She recently graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Master’s of Public Health. She is proud of the work that is done here at Mission Community Outreach Center for the Spokane community and is eager to get to know our volunteers, donors, and customers.

Lauren Martin

 Lauren Martin joins Mission Community Outreach Center with a background in healthcare operations and quality improvement, where she has focused on strengthening team workflows and enhancing the experiences of those served. She is excited to bring a thoughtful and practical approach to supporting MCOC’s mission by improving day-to-day operations and expanding community impact.
